If you receive an item that just doesn't fit, we are happy to offer store credit within 3 days of receiving item (we go by tracking information) with the tags still on and the item unworn.
If you want to exchange an item, we recommend purchasing the item you would like first, since they don't stay long in stock. Then we will still issue store credit for the returned item for future purchases when we have received and inspected the item. All return shipping fees are to be paid by you, the customer.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED THROUGH EMAIL FIRST. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an approval to mail your items back. If the email is sent within the 3 day period, and your return/exchange meets the requirements, your request will be accepted regardless of when our team responds to your email. The item must be sent back within 2 business days of receiving an approval email. If sent back without an approval email or past the time frame listed above, you will be subject to not receiving a store credit & receiving an invoice for shipping fees back to you. Since we offer FREE SHIPPING on all items , every return will be charged a 20% restocking fee that will be taken off your store credit.
There is no returns or exchanges on the following items:
CANCELLED ORDERS: If you write us asking us to cancel an order that you have placed before the item has shipped out, this will incur a 10% Restocking Fee in Store Credit ONLY.
Returns on PICK UP orders: Must contact us within 7 days of your PURCHASE to be able to return for store credit
